Cancelling & deleting your account

The short version

Cancel during the trial and you are not charged anything at all. Cancel later and you keep access until the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no cancellation fee, no minimum term, and no phone call to sit through.

How the trial works

Every account starts with a short trial. We ask for a card to verify it, but the card is not charged when the trial starts.

If you do nothing, the subscription begins automatically when the trial ends and the card is charged. That is standard, but it is the thing people are most often caught out by, so it is stated here plainly rather than in the small print.

Cancel at any point before the trial ends and no payment is taken.

How to cancel

1. Sign in and open Settings from the menu.
2. Find the "Subscription and billing" card.
3. Press "Cancel my subscription", and confirm when it asks.
4. That is it. The page tells you straight away what has happened — whether the demo ended there and then, or a paid month will run to its end.

The same card also links to our payment provider, Stripe, where you can update your payment card or download invoices. If anything about that does not work, email support@opis-app-hub.com and we will cancel it for you. If a charge is taken because we were slow to act on a cancellation you sent in time, we refund it.

What happens after you cancel

If you cancel a paid month, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for — we do not cut you off the moment you cancel. If you cancel during the free demo, it ends straight away, because nothing has been paid for. Nothing further is charged after that.

Your saved work stays in your account, so if you come back later it is still there. Cancelling a subscription is not the same as deleting your account.

Deleting your account and your data

You can delete your account yourself, from Settings: the "Deleting your account" card, then "Delete my account".

Because deleting is immediate and cannot be undone, we email a confirmation link to the address on your account first. Nothing is deleted until you open that link and press the button on the page, and the link lasts one hour. Confirming deletes your account and everything saved in it, and cancels any active subscription. If you would rather we did it, email support@opis-app-hub.com from the address on your account and we will delete it and confirm when it is done. You do not have to give a reason.

The one exception is records of payments, which we are legally required to keep. We will tell you exactly what was retained and why.

Your AI provider is separate

Because analyses run on your own AI provider key, that account is yours and is billed to you directly. Cancelling Opis App Hub does not close it, and we cannot close it for you — you would do that with the provider.
